Blackmagic Media Player is a capture and playback solution for Thunderbolt computers that’s specifically designed for playout to live production switchers or large broadcast systems. However it does much more than just video in and out because customers also get 10G Ethernet and power to their computer. Customers get dual 12G-SDI outputs for fill and key playback, 12G-SDI capture, and 10G Ethernet for accessing network storage and laptop power over a single Thunderbolt connection. There is also an independent Thunderbolt connection on the front so customers can simply walk up and plug in their laptop. It also supports full DeckLink API features so most video software will just work.

The DaVinci Resolve 19 cut page has exciting new media player, editing and replay features. DaVinci Resolve handles common video file formats, so customers can play any files their client gives customers. For broadcast graphics, DaVinci Resolve 19 can play video files that have an alpha channel, and they will be output as a 10-bit SDI fill and key.

Blackmagic Media Player includes everything customers need for broadcast playback. Place it on the desktop or it can be rack mounted using a Blackmagic Universal Rack Shelf. The front panel has an LCD with video, audio meter status information that includes input, video standard and the depth of the record/playback frame buffer. The audio meter can also be changed between VU and PPM. There’s also a headphone socket, speaker and a speaker enable button.

The Blackmagic Ethernet Switch 360P has been designed specifically for the television industry! This means all network connections are on the rear, which is the same side as the network ports on customers’ broadcast equipment. This makes connecting network cables simple! Standard data switches have their connections on the front which means the cabling becomes a total mess. If customers mount data switches on the rear their data cables are not secure.

Blackmagic Ethernet Switch 360P has 16 totally independent 10G Ethernet ports using standard RJ-45 connectors. Because Blackmagic Ethernet Switch 360P is designed for television, the Ethernet connections are on the rear for simple cable management, and each connector is slightly interleaved so customers have space to disconnect cables. With lots of 10G ports, customers can build extremely large HyperDeck ISO recorder arrays. Then connect lots of DaVinci Resolve workstations for editors and colorists.

For extreme speed, Blackmagic Ethernet Switch 360P also includes two independent 100G Ethernet connections. For large ISO recording and live replay systems, a Blackmagic Cloud Store Max can connect directly into the 100G Ethernet connection, allowing lots of simultaneous Ultra HD recording streams.

Now customers can create self contained 2110 IP systems without needing an IT technician to configure complex multicast settings, because customers can route IP video using a router control panel. It includes a machined metal spin knob, color LCD and short cut buttons. Blackmagic Ethernet Switch 360P will then setup all the multicast settings in the background without the complex IT settings.

ATEM Mini switchers make it easy to create professional multi camera productions for live streaming to YouTube and innovative business presentations using Skype or Zoom. Simply connect ATEM Mini and customers can switch live between 4 high quality video camera inputs for dramatically better quality images. Or connect a computer for PowerPoint slides or gaming consoles. The built in DVE allows exciting picture in picture effects, perfect for commentary. There are loads of video effects too. The downloadable software enables you control the decoding settings as well as set an IP address to the device and save that information to your computer. That information can be emailed to any computer connected to an ATEM Mini Pro, and this allows the ATEM Mini Pro to locate and stream to the Streaming Bridge connected to the internet.

With the Blackmagic Design ATEM SDI Extreme ISO Switcher, you can switch, add effects, color grade, and key in real time using the control surface’s buttons, or via the software control panel. CCU functions are available for controlling Blackmagic Studio and URSA Mini/Broadcast/Micro Studio cameras from the switcher. The ATEM Mini Extreme ISO supports up to nine layers, with four upstream and two downstream keyers, up to four chroma keyers, up to four linear keyers, two DVE with borders and drop shadow, five pattern generators, and two color generators. The SDI output supports a minimum of 1366 x 768 resolution for monitoring your stream. It also supports the ATEM Software Control Panel via Ethernet, and it supports control and configuration using the ATEM SDI.

The ATEM SDI switcher includes one downstream keyer, so you can add high-quality graphics like logos, bugs, and titles from the built-in media player over the live stream program output. Downstream keyers are the last layers of keying, so they overlay all video switched to the main program output.

Eliminate external character generators by storing up to 20 broadcast-quality RGBA graphic files in the media pool. The one media player appears as input sources to your switcher. You can transition to graphics as full-frame video, or feed them to the keyers for overlaying video. Popular image formats such as PNG, TGA, BMP, GIF, JPEG, and TIFF are supported.
